Online reviews are useful when you’re on the hunt for a trustworthy electrician. If the person with the lowest quote also has the worst ratings, it’s worth shelling out a bit more. If that cheaper electrician messes up, you’ll just need to call me (and my higher price) and pay more overall.
I don’t approve of that design. It lacks the third relay, which means that if you plug into two circuits on the same phase, you get 0 volts between the two hots, but both are still 120 volts away from ground. That means that the equipment doesn’t work, but it’s not safe to poke at. I prefer to insure that the 240 volt outlet is guaranteed to either be completely dead, or properly powered.
Funny story : one of my friend had a real electrical problem in his house : earth not well connected or whatever. You could get shocked by touching an USB shield while bare foot. Handling something without a case like a raspi was a living hell.

Probably doesn’t completely answer your question, but you might like to watch this for more info about RCD/RCBOs and how they operate. It contains some very entertaining explosions. }:~)
I didn’t buy one, largely due to some compromises in the plug-in version. The very high load floor in the cargo area was a big downside for me, as it really limits cargo space.
I liked your article. It had a lot of good pointers for others. It may be a good idea to add a red indicator between neutral and ground for the two incoming 120v lines. That way, if the hot and neutral are reversed, the light will come on.
Watch this space, then: this is a super-competitive class that already offers something appealing for every taste. However, the Corolla is both very good and, thanks to its hybrid powertrain and dynamic leaning, different. At the right price and in the right spec, if it meets your priorities it could be exceptional.
The customer changed their tune. My boss was impressed (though not enough to give me some coinage for ingenuity) and the electrician was told to change the breakers and add the new feeders to support the load. Got a lot of recommendations from that customer in the years after that.
I also seen a technique where a relay is placed in parallel with the zero crossing triac so the triac is only passing the load for 200ms or so while the relay switches. Since the triac is on longer than the relay, the contacts don’t arc over when switching, and the traic doesn’t pass the current all the time.

Where a conventional SLR has an optical viewfinder, the Sony A33/55 substitutes an electronic display with an eyepiece attached. (An electronic viewfinder, or EVF for short.) The image for the EVF is taken from the main image sensor, so the camera is essentially always in "Live View" mode. Mechanically, the eyepiece projects out from the back of the camera a fair bit, to leave room for the camera’s autofocus system in front of the EVFs micro display and viewfinder optics. I found I actually liked this rear projection, as it left a bit more room for my nose when I held the camera to my eye. Happily, the neckstrap eyelets are arranged such that the camera hangs lens-down when on a neck strap, so I had no trouble with the projecting eyepiece poking me in the chest.
