Just curious, what size pump do you have? The Sonoff claims 10A per channel, but my 1HP pump needs a 40-50A relay to safely deal with cold-start current. Unless the relays are overspec’d I’d be worried about literally burning out those contacts pretty fast.
You really should drop the 110/240 volts statements and use 120/240 volts for residential installs. I don’t think 110 volts has been used since Thomas Edison.
Thanks to its smaller body, and especially their reduced height due to the lack of a pentaprism or pentamirror assembly, the Sony A33 looks rather aggressive, with the popup flash housing hunched low over the top of the lens barrel. A soft, rubber pad surrounds most of the handgrip, and wraps around to the rear of the camera to cover a small, contoured thumb grip area as well.
I have never understood why North America stayed in their stupid 120V system, that uses very high currents over inferior aluminium wires, connected with lose screwcaps and fuses that may explode out of the wall. And it would be probably federal crime and against the code to use proper copper wires connected with good push lock blocks and DIN rail mounted fuses and contactors…
With mains electricity, always work one handed or wear live like I did in the day, 11KV gloves when testing 11KV circuits via test probes.
Agreed…. I used to have a small plastic box in our workshop. It had two copper contacts on opposite surfaces, and a 9V battery, relay and tilt switch inside, and a Caution High Voltage sticker on it,

If Handheld Twilight and Multi-Frame NR modes are practical, Sweep Panorama is just plain fun. I’ve always been a fan of panoramic images, and spent more time than I care to remember back in the film days slicing and splicing together 4×6-inch prints with a razor blade and rubber cement, to make panoramas from sequences of individual shots. The Sony A33 and A55′s Sweep Panorama mode does all this for you inside the camera. Again taking advantage of Sony’s high-speed capture technology, Sweep Panorama collects dozens of individual images while you hold down the shutter button and "sweep" the camera from side to side or up and down. The powerful Bionz image-processing engine examines all these images, takes slices from each, applies geometric and tonal corrections to each slice, and then stitches them together into a single panoramic image. The results are stunning, and experimenting is loads of fun.
Sega announced on its Twitter account today that the release of its Mega Drive Mini, a miniature version of its classic console, would be delayed until sometime in 2019. The Mega Drive Mini’s release was originally slated to coincide with the console’s 30th anniversary in Japan, but its global availability was unknown. Now, the company has confirmed that the miniature console will be released as the Mega Drive Mini in Japan and Europe and as the Genesis Mini in North America.
My friend died of electrocution while on the job. Our mains voltage here is 240V (single phase) or 415V (three phase) and not very forgiving.
In salt water – which approximates human flesh, the skin depth at 1 MHz is actually 25 cm which means your arm is a pretty good conductor through and through. The illusion of safety comes from the fact that the frequency is too high for the nerves to react, so you don’t get spasms or cramps and you don’t feel the heating that’s happening below the skin because there’s no heat-sensing nerves there and those at the current entry points have died already.
From the top of the Sony Alpha A33 camera body, you can just see the stereo microphones, located on either side of the flash hot shoe on the sides of the viewfinder / popup flash housing, as well as the three hole grille the speaker (above the Finder/LCD button). At the top of the handgrip is the popular combination of a shutter button surrounded by a power switch, making it easy to quickly power on the camera and snap a picture with one finger. The Finder / LCD button allows the A33 to be manually switched between shooting with the electronic viewfinder or the rear LCD panel. Upper right of this is a D-Range button that provides access to Dynamic Range Optimizer and High Dynamic Range shooting options.
